Juventus could now be close to selling Andrea Cambiaso and it seems as if Manchester City are genuinely interested in the player.

Reports in Italy have linked the Citizens with the Italian but more concrete information and confirmation has now arrived from Gianluca di Marzio.

The journalist has reported that City are now closing in on a move for the versatile player and are ready to offer a fee that is between €60 million and €65 million for the player.

This comes after it was previously reported by TuttoSport that a fee of over €50 million could be enough for the Bianconeri to sell the ex-Bologna man and they could use that money to sign other players.

There is a mutual desire to close the deal and the expectation is that Juve will demand more money. City already have a contract ready for the player and he will sign a five-year deal with the option of sixth.
