According to CaughtOffside, several major clubs are closely tracking the 20-year-old, including Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and PSG.

Huijsen has impressed since his move to the Premier League. He has quickly established himself as one of Europe’s most promising young defenders. If PSG make another push, they’ll have serious competition—and a hefty price tag to consider.

Per TEAMtalk, Liverpool are among his most serious suitors and view him as a possible long-term successor to Virgil van Dijk. His release clause at Bournemouth is reportedly set at £50 million.

One less suitor for Dean Huijsen?

Newcastle United have a tough challenge on their hands if they want to bring Dean Huijsen to St. James’ Park. On Thursday, The i Paper reported that the club have already held talks with Huijsen’s camp, but there’s a sense that his attention may be focused elsewhere.

The report adds Newcastle are eager to act in the transfer market as they gear up for European competition. They’re keen to avoid drawn-out negotiations like last summer’s unsuccessful attempt to sign Marc Guehi.

Huijsen, meanwhile, has become one of the most sought-after names in the Premier League after a standout season with Bournemouth. Moreover, many expect the center-back to move on during the summer window.
