Barcelona will look to extend their lead at the top of the La Liga standings with a victory over CA Osasuna at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys later tonight.
With kickoff a little over an hour away, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has announced the starting lineup that will be taking the pitch at Montjuic.
As expected, there are changes made to the team that started against SL Benfica this midweek, keeping in mind the reverse fixture against the Portuguese club in the UEFA Champions League next Tuesday.
Gavi, who was left out of the squad against Benfica due to illness, starts in midfield for the home team.
The La Masia sensation is accompanied by fellow academy graduate Marc Casado in the middle of the park. Pedri and Frenkie de Jong are rested. Dani Olmo continues as the No. 10.
Meanwhile, in defence, Pau Cubarsi holds onto his place from the midweek fixture, given that he is suspended for the second leg vs Benfica. He is partnered with Eric Garcia in central defence while Jules Kounde and Gerard Martin start as the full-backs.
Up top, Ferran Torres replaces Robert Lewandowski in the team as the centre-forward. The veteran striker is not even in the matchday squad.
Lamine Yamal and Raphinha start in their customary positions on the right and left flanks, respectively. Wojciech Szczesny starts in goal as usual.
