Crystal Palace are braced for the “crunch” period of their season, according to manager Oliver Glasner.

Palace reached the FA Cup semi-finals on Saturday when they beat Fulham 3-0 at Craven Cottage, with Eberechi Eze, Ismaila Sarr and Eddie Nketiah all on the scoresheet.

It means they are into the last four and head to Wembley for the first time since 2022.

Palace have won six away games in a row, kept a clean sheet in a straight seven, and sit 12th in the Premier League table with 10 league games to go.

“I think it’s just the start of our crunch time of the last two months of the season,” Glasner said after the win over Fulham.

“We hopefully still have 12 games to play. We are in a good moment and the players are in a good shape.

“We need to perform at our best to win as many games as possible. In the league, we have the opportunity to enter the top half. It’s good to have all the players together now.”

Glasner was asked whether he will abide by tradition and get a new suit made for his side’s trip to Wembley for their FA Cup semi-final next month.

He joked: “You don’t like my jumper? No, I’ve just planned for tonight and my dinner.

“If we have to arrive in a suit we will arrive in a suit. But the game is in four weeks’ time.

“Tomorrow [Sunday] at 11am, we will be on the pitch and train. Half of the team will recover; the other team will train, will train tough, because Monday we’re off.”
