Up-and-coming talents from La Liga’s two biggest clubs on Saturday linked up with their teammates at international level in Spain.
The pair in question? Lamine Yamal, and Dean Huijsen.
Wide-man Lamine is of course fresh off a spectacular individual campaign on the books of Barcelona, with a haul of 43 direct goal contributions enough to earn the 17-year-old an expected call-up to Luis de la Fuente’s latest squad.
Lamine, in turn, was spotted arriving at La Roja’s training camp this afternoon:
And joining the Blaugrana starlet, as alluded to above, was a new member of the defensive ranks at arch rivals Real Madrid.
Dean Huijsen has of course taken his place front and centre in the Spanish media headlines over recent weeks, after sealing a move back to his home country with Xabi Alonso’s Blancos.
The 20-year-old, too, shone bright across the 2024/25 campaign, on the books of Premier League outfit Bournemouth.
And after being rewarded with a fresh senior call by his country, Huijsen, too, on Saturday made his way to the Spanish national team’s camp:
