Real Madrid fans have calls answered with star player’s new role vs Dortmund | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham is set to return to his preferred role as the midfield spearhead in Carlo Ancelotti’s XI later this evening.

That’s according to Real Madrid TV, who have provided an insight into the plans of the coaching staff in Spain’s capital.

Real, of course, are primed to return to action in short order, when they kick the club’s Champions League campaign back into gear in a meeting with German giants Borussia Dortmund.

Los Blancos’ XI for the clash was unveiled a short time ago, featuring some head-turning inclusions and exclusions alike.

Aurélien Tchouaméni and Eduardo Camavinga will both be forced to make do with a spot on the bench from the off, allowing for a midfield three of Federico Valverde, Luka Modrić, and the aforementioned Jude Bellingham.

And, as per the aforementioned Real Madrid TV, owing to as much, Bellingham will return to the no.10 role in which he enjoyed such success last season.

With Valverde and Modrić expected to sit deep, the Real Madrid faithful will see their pleas answered, Carlo Ancelotti pushing Bellingham forward into a more central, decisive role against his former club.
