Strikers Martcus Thuram and Marko Arnautovic are both set to be fit for Sunday’s Serie A clash between Juventus and Inter Milan.
This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNew. They report that neither of the duo have rushed back to full training, but that they are on track to make their returns.
Inter striker Marcus Thuram started in Monday’s Serie A match against Fiorentina. However, he had to come off in the 27th minute of that match.
That was due to a knock that the Frenchman had taken to his ankle during a challenge.
The player who replace Thuram was former West Ham United and Bologna striker Marko Arnautovic.
However, Arnautovic was not able to see out the rest of the match. He had to come off during the second half, with striker Mehdi Taremi replacing him.
Neither Thuram not Arnautovic have made a return to full training as of yet.
However, reports Sky, that is right on schedule.

The plan has been to not take any risks with rushing Thuram or Arnautovic back to full training with the rest of the squad.
Rather, the pair have worked individually on their respective recoveries.
Inter’s squad have had the rare luxury of a week with no matches, as they did not face a Champions League round of sixteen playoff match.
However, tomorrow Thuram and Arnautovic should be able to return to training with the rest of the squad.
Therefore, Inter should be able to count on both for their next match. And it will be a big one.
The Nerazzurri travel to Turin to face Juventus in the second Derby d’Italia of the season on Sunday evening.
