Serie A side Roma will be without the likes of Paulo Dybala and Devyne Rensch for their matches following the international break.
According to a report by Alfredo Pedulla, Roma head coach Claudio Ranieri has the international break as a buffer zone to think about how to replace Paulo Dybala in the starting eleven against key opposition following the hiatus.
The Giallorossi have confirmed that Dybala has sustained an injury to the tendon and he will be out for about a month. The Argentine forward is certainly set to miss the games against Lecce, Juventus and the Rome derby versus Lazio.
Dybala’s absence is expected to act as a headache for Ranieri as these three classes could ultimately dictate Roma’s trajectory in the final part of the season.
Apart from Dybala, Roma will also miss right-back Devyne Rensch who has suffered an adductor injury. The Dutchman’s recovery timeline is around three to four weeks.
Both of the players are expected to be fit for the match against Verona on 19th April.
