Manchester United and Erik ten Hag officially parted ways this week, ending his tenure at the club. As the club moves forward, questions remain about where Marcus Rashford stands in all of this amid transfer rumors.
Meanwhile, TEAMTalk reported last month that Paris Saint-Germain have renewed their interest in Rashford. Although the hurdles that blocked a summer transfer still exist, the Ligue 1 club are reportedly eyeing a potential move next year.
Rashford will now work with a new manager, as Ruben Amorim officially takes over at Manchester United on Friday. TEAMTalk also notes that Rashford is optimistic about Amorim’s arrival and hopes he can help him rediscover his form.
The report highlights that Amorim values Rashford’s versatility across attacking roles and believes he has the potential to improve his performance and confidence in the near future.

Rashford has had an up-and-down 18 months, and one pundit believes Amorim needs to salvage the 27-year-old’s Manchester United career. During the 2022-23 season, the forward scored 30 goals across all competitions, but in the last campaign, he only scored eight.
As a result, talkSPORT’s Jason Cundy believes the former Sporting boss needs to find that 30-goal form from Rashford.
“You say you want to get rid of Rashford, [Amorim has] got to get the best out of him,” Cundy said Friday on talkSPORT. “Rashford hasn’t played well since just after the season, after the World Cup. So, it’s been 18 months now.
“He’s got a face on. He seems to be sulking; he doesn’t look happy. Somehow, Amorim has got to get a tune out of him because you can say he can go, but on his day, Rashford can be the best player on the pitch. That’s what he’s got to do.”
