Brentford take on Bournemouth at Vitality Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday evening (5.30pm kick-off GMT).

The match will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports.

If you are heading to the match, here’s some useful information on getting to the ground and tips to make the most of your trip to Bournemouth.

Trainline want to make it even easier to travel green. As part of their I Came By Train campaign to help fight climate change, you can save 20 per cent on your journey when you book in advance with Trainline.

After you purchase your match ticket, you will be sent an email with your unique discount code within one to two working days. Each ticket holder will receive an email with their unique discount code. You can redeem your discount code when purchasing your rail ticket.

Travelling by train

Direct trains run from London Waterloo to Bournemouth station every hour, or alternative routes are available from London Paddington, changing at Reading. Either journey will take approximately two hours. Please use the National Rail journey planner to check for updates to the timetable throughout the day.

The last direct train back to London leaves Bournemouth station at 10.11pm, arriving at Waterloo. Return tickets to London are likely to sell out. We recommend you use Trainline to book your ticket as soon as possible.

Local travel to the ground

Fans can take a short train journey from Bournemouth station to Pokesdown, which is a 15-minute walk from the stadium. Please note that Pokesdown station is not accessible for wheelchair users.

The M2 bus service runs from Pokesdown station and brings supporters closer to the stadium via Boscombe. All supporters with a valid match ticket can receive a £1 discount on dayrider tickets.

Alternatively, Vitality Stadium is a 25-minute walk from Bournemouth station.

Travelling by car

Parking is available to the south of the Vitality Stadium. Pay and display charges apply at all times of the day. Payment is cashless with options to pay by mobile, app or phone. Parking is first come, first served.

The Sovereign shopping centre also offers paid parking and is a 15-minute walk to the stadium. Fans should park on the ground floor as other areas of the car park are locked in the evening.

Free parking is available at Avonbourne Academies, a 10-minute walk from the stadium, and opens three hours before kick-off. Use ‘Harewood Avenue’ on your satnav to find the car park. Avonbourne is locked 60 minutes after the final whistle.

Residential roads adjacent to the stadium have parking restrictions. Supporters are not to park in front of driveways or park illegally in the areas around the stadium. Parking enforcement officers and police will be monitoring the area on matchday.

Ticketing information

For any ticketing enquiries on matchday, the box office is situated at the Main Stand (West).

Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Bournemouth by the Brentford Box Office. Please contact the Brentford Box Office with any inquiries ahead of the matchday.

If you’re collecting your ticket at the Vitality, please remember to bring ID.

Accessibility information

The Vitality has a number of options for supporters with disabilities, including pitch-side viewing positions for wheelchair users, hearing loops, audio headsets and sensory packs for a more comfortable matchday experience.

Accessible parking is available in the main and south stand car park. There is no charge for accessible parking and you must present your blue badge on arrival.

Your matchday at the Vitality

The away supporter section is located at the south-east corner of the ground at Turnstile F. Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off.

Visiting supporters are welcome in Mello Mello bar in Boscombe.

Hot food stalls are available outside the ground. There are also many options for food and drink in Bournemouth city centre, with a number of attractions near the beach that are suitable for families.
