The race for Champions League football will go into the final week of the Serie A season, as it will for the league title and two relegation spots, which means that any of Juventus, Roma or Lazio can claim fourth spot in the final round of fixtures coming up this weekend.
There is still plenty to play for with 90 minutes of Serie A action remaining in 2024-25.
Napoli and Inter are separated by just one point at the top of the Serie A table, three teams sit within two points of the final Champions League spot, and five teams are still mathematically at risk of relegation.

Juventus are in the driving seat in the race for the last remaining Champions League spot in Serie A.
The Bianconeri inflicted a 2-0 defeat on Udinese on Sunday night, which means that they are now up to 67 points for the season, one more than Roma after their 2-1 victory over Milan and two more than Lazio after their 2-2 draw with Inter.
That means that a win for Juventus in their final game of the season against Venezia will guarantee them a place in next season’s Champions League. A draw or loss will leave them dependent on other results.
Roma, meanwhile, require a victory away against Torino and for Juventus to draw or lose against Venezia if they are to finish in the top four.

If Roma draw, it will be impossible for them to move above Juventus, even if the Bianconeri lose. (The teams will be level on points, head-to-head and goal difference in head-to-head matches, but Juventus will still come out on top on overall goal difference in this scenario.)
Lazio, meanwhile, require a victory at home against Lecce, for Juventus to lose and for Roma to either draw or lose if they are to finish the Serie A season in fourth place.
