Last week, we pitted our special guest - James Ryan from The Slow Readers Club - against an AI to see who could most accurately predict the results of Premier League matchday 10.
James was on fire, correctly predicting Wolves' 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace and Fulham's 2-1 win over Brentford, along with four correct results across the weekend.
It meant he narrowly beat the AI, which correctly predicted 1-1 draws between Ipswich and Leicester, and Manchester United and Chelsea, along with one correct result.
That leaves the scores (three points for a correct score and one point for a correct result) at 82-80 in the AI's favour after 10 rounds of games this season.
Let's see if this week's special guest, Richard Archer, a Brentford fan and frontman of indie band Hard-Fi, can get the human race into the lead this week.
Our AI is powered by Maik mit AI. Check out their website here.
Watch the video to find out what Richard and Maik mit AI went for in the three biggest matches of the weekend; Brighton v Manchester City, Liverpool v Aston Villa and the Super Sunday clash between Chelsea and Arsenal.
Hard-Fi’s ‘Don’t Go Making Plans’ EP is out November 15th. Pre-order/pre-save it here.
