Fichajes reports that PSG have made a strong move to secure the services of Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice, offering €135 million plus bonuses, which could bring the player closer to the French capital.

However, Arsenal’s stance is clear: they won’t let him go for anything less than €160 million, a figure they believe reflects Rice’s quality and potential.
