Based on what Marmoush displayed yesterday the Egyptian international will add a new dimension to City’s attacking play. That is dependant on a transfer fee being agreed between the two clubs. But all indications are that a deal is imminent. Marmoush will add his blend of technical ability, goal scoring prowess and work rate to Pep Guardiola’s squad if the deal is completed as expected. His performance against St. Pauli just further enhanced the view that City could be adding a dynamic weapon to their squad.
