Atalanta have confirmed that captain Rafael Toloi will leave the club this summer after a decade in Bergamo, as the 34-year-old is out of contract.
The defender will not sign a new deal at the Gewiss Stadium, so his experience at the Serie A club is coming to an end on Sunday.
Born and raised in Brazil, he became an Italy international in 2021, going on to amass 14 senior caps for the Azzurri.
He spent most of his career in Italy, joining Roma in 2014 and then switching to Atalanta a year later.

Toloi made 313 total appearances in the Atalanta jersey, in which he scored 14 goals and provided 18 assists for his teammates.
He was part of the squad that won the Europa League in 2024, but also in the Italy side that lifted the EURO 2020 trophy.
Toloi will not get the opportunity to add another game to his tally, because he is struggling with a calf injury and cannot play this weekend.
