A quartet of La Liga clubs have positioned themselves in the race for the signature of Las Palmas frontman Fábio Silva.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have on Wednesday provided an insight into the situation.
Striker Silva, for his part, is in the midst of what has been an impressive season in Spain to date.
Farmed out on loan once more by Premier League outfit Wolverhampton Wanderers, the Portuguese linked up with La Liga outfit Las Palmas for the duration of the campaign.
And though Las Palmas, as a collective, have struggled, Silva has stood tall in the face of adversity.
All told, across 24 La Liga appearances to date, the 22-year-old has racked up an impressive haul of 10 goals and three assists.
And such exploits, evidently, have not gone unnoticed across the Spanish football landscape.
As per a report from MD:
‘Sevilla, Wolfsburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Atlético Madrid have already expressed interest in Silva, a race that Valencia and Celta Vigo have now joined.’
A heated summer battle for Silva’s services, in turn, appears to be brewing across the continent.
