As things stand, FC Barcelona have a very competent forward line of Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, and Lamine Yamal, and this trio can go on to etch its name in one of the more memorable trios in the rich history of the Blaugrana club.

While neither of these forwards has given a lot of reason to complain this season, one can argue the Catalans’ forward line is still somewhat weak as it does not have a lot of quality depth, barring Ferran Torres.

As a result, Barcelona are looking to reinforce their attacking line in the upcoming summer transfer window, and for this purpose, the Catalans have been linked with several high-profile names.

Meanwhile, the Blaugranes are also keeping their eyes on some promising youngsters with high potential, and in this regard, the English publication Daily Mail reports that they are among the several big European sides that are interested in the Leicester City prodigy Jeremy Monga.

Although still a part of the English club’s youth teams, Monga has been training regularly with the first team. He was also included in the squad for the recent FA Cup game against Manchester United, and could also have been a part of the squad for the Carabao Cup tie at Old Trafford last October.

This season, he has six Premier League 2 appearances to his name, in which he has scored 1 goal and provided 1 assist. He is also an England U-16 international and is widely seen as one of the best talents produced by the Leicester academy.

Still, only 15 years of age, Monga will have to wait for some while before he is able to sign his first professional contract. This leaves Leicester in quite a vulnerable position, as other big European clubs like Chelsea, Manchester City, Paris Saint Germain, and Barcelona are keeping their eyes on the talented winger.
