After successfully securing the La Liga title, Barcelona will have the opportunity to celebrate in front of their home fans tomorrow as they take on Villarreal.
With the league already in hand, one would expect coach Hansi Flick to ring in the changes and experiment with some of the lesser-used members of the first team.
One of them could be Ansu Fati, who has struggled for game-time since the turn of the year despite returning to full fitness.
Fati has shown immense commitment and diligence in training throughout the season so far, but it has not been reflected in his game time.
According to SPORT, this could be Ansu Fati’s final appearance in a Barcelona shirt at Montjuic. The forward is expected to be handed a few minutes, a small gesture as the club prepares to part ways with him this summer.

Barcelona have made the decision to exclude Fati from their plans for next season, and are now working with his agent Jorge Mendes, to find an exit route.
While the player turned down offers in January, both parties are now aligned in seeking a permanent solution.
Barça’s aim is to offload Fati’s salary, either through a sale, even if at a low fee, or a financially favourable termination. A free transfer or a loan with contract restructuring, similar to past operations involving Umtiti and Lenglet, is also on the table.
Fati’s exit could pave the way for Barcelona to significantly lower their salary bill, ultimately making way for potential new signings.
The Spaniard has already emerged as a target for three clubs in La Liga and as time progresses, it will be interesting to see what the future has in store for the forward.
