Barcelona midfielder Pedri shared his thoughts after Spain secured a dramatic penalty shoot-out victory over the Netherlands in the UEFA Nations League quarter-final.
The young playmaker, known for his composure and technical brilliance, played a crucial role in helping his national team advance in the tournament.
However, despite his international commitments, he is fully aware of the demanding schedule that awaits him upon his return to Barcelona.
This week, Barcelona face two highly significant matches at home, which could have a major impact on their position at the top of the La Liga table.
On Thursday, the team will take on Osasuna in a rescheduled fixture, a match that was postponed earlier in the season due to scheduling conflicts.
Just three days later, on Sunday, they will go head-to-head against Girona, a direct competitor in the title race.

With both encounters set to take place within a span of less than 72 hours, the squad will need to be at their physical and mental best to secure maximum points.
Pedri acknowledged the fatigue that comes with such a demanding schedule but remained firm in his commitment to giving everything for Barcelona.
Despite the challenging circumstances, he is determined to help his team maintain their push for the La Liga title.
“We’re a little tired, but we can’t forget that we’re Barça. If it’s decided that we have to play on Thursday, we’ll do it and we’ll give everything to win La Liga,” he said as quoted by Mundo Deportivo.
It must be noted that Pedri started in Spain’s Nations League quarter-final against the Netherlands last Thursday. However, by Sunday, he was named on the bench for the second leg, only entering the match in the 84th minute.
What initially seemed like a brief cameo turned into an extended outing, as the game went into extra time.
The added 30 minutes made the match even more exhausting, especially at this point in the season when players are already dealing with accumulated fatigue.
