Barcelona pair to start together in midfield at international level | OneFootball

Two up-and-coming members of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona are expected to feature from the off at international level this week.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Pablo Torre and Marc Casadó as the pair in question.

Youngsters Torre and Casadó are currently away with the Spanish U21 squad, for the country’s upcoming fixtures against Kazakhstan, and Malta.

In the case of the latter, as much marks his very first call-up to La Rojita’s ranks, a deserved reward for what has been a superb start to the season on the books of Barcelona.

And, if the latest word stemming from the media is anything to go by, then Santi Denia intends to waste little time in making use of Casadó’s talents.

As per a report from Sport, the 21-year-old is in line to take his place in Spain’s starting line-up to face Kazakhstan on Thursday.

Not only that, but Casadó is likely to be joined in boss Denia’s engine room setup by Barca teammate Pablo Torre.
