According to a report from AS, Barcelona and club president Joan Laporta are optimistic about making important signings this summer.
The club believes that with careful planning and management, they are in a strong position to strengthen the squad across several key areas.
Despite the financial restrictions that have troubled Barça in recent seasons, Laporta insists that the situation is now improving.
After securing the La Liga title, Laporta openly stated that the salary cap regulations are being adjusted.
“Of course we can sign, we are in the 1:1 rule and I hope it stays that way for many years. It’s true that we were very tight, so now what we have to do is work,” he explained.
However, La Liga president Javier Tebas has not yet publicly confirmed if Barcelona’s current financial situation allows them to register new arrivals without restrictions.

A key meeting between sporting director Deco and head coach Hansi Flick is scheduled for this week. The two will outline the squad’s objectives for next season, focusing on three crucial areas.
However, any signings will depend on the club’s ability to balance spending with departures. Reducing the wage bill remains a top priority.
In his recent interview, Deco confirmed that the club’s main focus is to bring in a quality forward who can rotate with Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, and Robert Lewandowski.
Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford has emerged as a potential target for this role. Meanwhile, defensive reinforcements are also being planned, with Bayer Leverkusen’s Jonathan Tah among the top names on the list.
Another area still under review is the goalkeeping position. While Marc-Andre ter Stegen remains the first choice, discussions about depth and future planning continue behind the scenes.
Barcelona’s summer transfer window depends heavily on outgoings, but the mood around the club is hopeful. With Deco and Flick aligned, the team seems prepared to push forward with a strategy focused on smart signings and financial discipline.
