Barcelona star hints he could leave this summer | OneFootball

A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona has refused to rule out the possibility of departing the club this summer.

The player in question? Pau Víctor.

Frontman Víctor, for his part, is fresh off something of a difficult campaign in Catalunya’s capital in 2024/25.

Owing to the fierce competition for places in Hansi Flick’s frontline, the 23-year-old largely struggled for game-time, to the tune of just two starts across all competitions.

At such a crucial point in his development as a player, it has in turn come as little surprise to see Víctor linked with a summer transfer away from the Camp Nou.

And if the latest comments on the part of the Spaniard himself are anything to go by, then such an outcome certainly cannot be ruled out.

Speaking to COPE on Wednesday, in quotes relaid by Diario Sport, Víctor admitted:

“We still don’t know. Everyone knows that I haven’t had minutes, but I’m at Barça, at the best club in the world and it’s a pleasure. I would like to continue, but there are things that do not depend on me either. Many things have to be talked about and we will end up deciding what is best for everyone. I don’t know if they will bring people.”
