Como whizz-kid Nico Paz is in his dreamland after teaming up with Lionel Messi and Lautaro Martinez on his Argentina debut.

During a post-game interview with AIRE de Santa Fé, as reported by FCInterNews, the 20-year-old explained the ‘incredible’ feeling after playing alongside two such superstars.

Paz has gone from an up-and-coming talent into one of Europe’s hottest properties in only a few months.

Indeed, the youngster swapped his boyhood club, Real Madrid, for Como in the summer.

After struggling for regular first-team opportunities at the Santiago Bernabeu, he has found luck in Serie A.

Como manager Cesc Fabregas has heavily relied on the super-talented playmaker this season.

Paz started the opening two league matches on the bench.

However, he has since become an irremovable object in Fabregas’ starting XI.

Across his four Serie A starts, Paz has managed three assists, two of which came in a 3-2 win against Atalanta.

Though he has yet to score, it’s only a matter of time.

In the meantime, Argentina boss Lionel Scaloni has spotted his potential.

Paz made his senior debut for the reigning world champions last night as La Albiceleste trounced minnows Bolivia 6-0.

Messi was the architect of Argentina’s win, bagging a hat-trick.

But Lautaro Martinez refused to watch from afar as he opened his account in the ongoing 2026 World Cup qualifying cycle.

Interestingly, the Inter captain left the field to accommodate Paz’s introduction in the 73rd minute.

After the game, the prodigious youngster delivered his verdict on his Argentina debut.

“It’s crazy. It’s easier to play like this, to surround yourself with these players, it’s incredible,” Paz said.

Argentina returned to winning ways after back-to-back winless outings against Colombia and Venezuela.

It was their fifth consecutive win against Bolivia.
