Danilo agent claims Juventus ‘preparing Thiago Motta exit too’ | OneFootball

The tension at Juventus is escalating after Danilo’s agent posted on social media that the club is ‘preparing to get rid of Thiago Motta too.’

The former captain is in negotiations to terminate his contract by mutual consent, which would let him join Napoli as a free agent.

With the player currently frozen out of the squad, the situation spilled out onto social media via his agent.

Bruno Misorelli replied to a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, which said: ‘Cristiano Giuntoli is working on Danilo’s exit.’

He replied: ‘Yes. And preparing Motta’s exit too!!!!’

The post did not last long, as Danilo’s agent deleted it, but not before it was screen captured and shared on La Gazzetta dello Sport website.

Thiago Motta is under increasing pressure after fumbling a lead in the Supercoppa Italiana semi-final against Milan in Riyadh last week.

His results have been quite poor this season, only losing two games, but also only managing 11 victories compared to 13 stalemates in all competition.
