Unnamed Premier League heavyweights have reportedly set sights on Inter star duo Yann Bisseck and Marcus Thuram. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the reigning Scudetto holders could face an uphill battle to keep hold of their first-team stalwarts in the summer.

Inter have pinned a substantial €40 million price tag on Bisseck’s head, even though he hasn’t been a regular starter under Simone Inzaghi. Indeed, the German defender has been Benjamin Pavard’s understudy. But with the Frenchman enduring an injury-hit campaign, Bisseck has solidified his first-team status at Giuseppe Meazza.

However, Thuram has an €80m release clause, making him an exciting target for Europe’s elite sides. Recent reports in England put Arsenal as the leading candidate to sign the 27-year-old Inter superstar amid Mikel Arteta’s desperate attempt to add a prolific goal-getter to his misfiring squad.
