Jose Mourinho has offered his backing to Ruben Amorim and Sir Jim Ratcliffe as they seek to reverse Manchester United's slide.
Amorim is in the dugout hoping to turn results around and climb up into the top half of the Premier League table, while co-owner Ratcliffe and INEOS are focused on saving money and turning a profit after years of significant losses under the Glazer family.
Now in charge of Turkish side Fenerbahce, Mourinho could face off against United in the Europa League semi-final if both sides advance, but he insisted he is not out for revenge against his former employers.
"In my mind I never feel about revenge," Mourinho, who was in charge at Old Trafford between 2016 and 2018, told Sky Sports News. "I never have that feeling because when I leave a club, I prefer to remember my good times at the club."
Asked about Amorim, who he helped tutor earlier in his career, Mourinho pledged his support to the under-fire head coach.

"He's a good kid," Mourinho reviewed. "Always very respectful to me. We had a good relationship for a few years. He knows I wish him well."
Finally, Mourinho offered his sympathies to those who have suffered because of INEOS' decision to cut hundreds of jobs behind the scenes, but insisted Ratcliffe has the experience to guide United through this tough period.
"To be honest I don't know much about what's happening," he said. "I know Sir Jim Ratcliffe. I'm not saying we are big friends but we have a good relationship. I know him well. He invited me to his house a couple of times. I see him as a good person and a great businessman.
"Of course, I feel for some of the people that I know [losing their jobs], but hopefully it goes in the right direction."
