At the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, Lazio will host Real Sociedad in the penultimate matchday of the Europa League group stage.

The contest kicks off on Thursday at 21:00 local time.

Marco Baroni will be without the injured Patric, Manuel Lazzari and Matias Vecino, while Luca Pellegrini and Samuel Gigot will be suspended. Christos Mandas will start between the sticks as is often the case in the Europa League, while Adam Marusic, Mario Gila, Alessio Romagnoli and Nuno Tavares will constitute the backline.

In the middle of the park, Matteo Guendouzi and Nicolo Rovella are tipped to maintain their usual starting roles, while Fisayo Dele-Bashiru remains the main alternative. Taty Castellanos will lead the line, supported by the all-too-familiar supporting cast of Gustav Isaksen, Boulaye Dia and club captain Mattia Zaccagni.

The returning Pedro and Tijjani Noslin are expected to come off the bench, in addition to Loum Tchaouna.

Urko Gonzalez and Jon Olasagasti should form the double pivot, while Arsenal-bound Martin Zubimendi could be left out. Brais Mendez and Takefusa Kubo are likely to take the wings, supporting the striking duo of Sheraldo Becker and Mikel Oyarzabal.
