It ended Newcastle 3 Ipswich 0.
United having to be patient in the first half but getting what they deserved eventually.
Ipswich timewasting from the start and having a player sent off for two yellows.
Isak then scoring from the penalty spot just before the break after VAR saved the useless referee’s blushes when Murphy was clearly fouled.
Newcastle camped out in the Ipswich half after the break and Kieran Trippier with two assists as Burn and Osula headed those crosses home.
Looking at the individuals in black and white, interesting to get an independent perspective on how this played out.
