However, the lifelong Newcastle United fan on the wing, has also been key this season to so many big moments.

The duo particularly devastating in this recent run of ten wins in eleven games, which include seven victories from eight in the Premier League.

The latest of those came on Saturday, a very good bounce back to win 3-1 after the Saints took a shock early lead.

Isak won and scored the penalty to equalise, then he and Murphy combined for the key 2-1 goal only four minutes later.

A stunning pass from Jacob Murphy that cut open the home defence, a superb first touch from Alexander Isak and top notch finish. Beautiful.

The official Premier League media very quick to highlight that this combination is no one-off…

What a stat!

We also of course saw this month, Murphy assist Isak for that crucial opening goal at Arsenal in the League Cup semi-final first leg.
