Real Madrid draw up 3-man midfield transfer target shortlist | OneFootball

The brass at La Liga giants Real Madrid have identified three players as potential midfield additions for the summer transfer window.

That’s according to Spanish outlet COPE, who have on Thursday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes at the Santiago Bernabéu .

The subject of transfers has of course proven an altogether prominent one in Madrid over the last 24 hours.

This comes after widespread confirmation was forthcoming that Los Blancos are on the verge of securing reinforcements at the back.

With a deal for Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold already tied up, Florentino Pérez and co. have reached the final stages of negotiations for Bournemouth talent Dean Huijsen, too.

And yet, if the latest word stemming from the media in Spain is anything to go by, then Real Madrid are far from done there.

As per a report from COPE:

‘A reinforcement in midfield will arrive later.’

Not only that, but Los Merengues have drawn up a shortlist of engine room targets, featuring all of AC Milan standout Tijjani Reijnders, Angelo Stiller of Stuttgart, and Bayer Leverkusen star Exequiel Palacios.
