FLW look at the players missing for League One's mega clash.
Thursday evening sees one of the highlights of the League One season as Wrexham AFC host Birmingham City.
This fixture is particularly notable not just for the action on the pitch, but for the high-profile figures in the club hierarchies. The Red Dragons are led by Hollywood duo Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, while the Blues, under Tom Wagner and Knighthead's ownership, enjoy the backing of NFL legend Tom Brady.
However, looking ahead to the game at the Racecourse, it is a crucial game for both sides, with Birmingham looking to extend their lead at the top of the division and Wrexham looking to claw back valuable points on the top two.
Phil Parkinson's men will be glad to return to their home ground after they suffered a derby day defeat away at Shrewsbury Town last week.
Meanwhile, Chris Davies' side have been in excellent form since their trip to Shropshire in November, remaining unbeaten in their last ten league matches.
With this in mind, Football League World brings you all the absentees for Thursday evening.
Wrexham have few injury concerns, but Lewis Brunt is unlikely to be ready to return to action on Thursday night.
Having played through a calf strain during the victory over Wigan earlier this month, Brunt has since missed the last three fixtures.
Although Parkinson has suggested he is nearing a return, it seems unlikely he will play a significant role, and if he does feature, it will almost certainly be from the bench.
A player who definitely won't be available for this fixture is goalkeeper Callum Burton.
The 28-year-old was signed in the summer and had been second choice to Arthur Okonkwo.
Unfortunately, in December, he suffered a torn thigh injury against Barnsley and will likely miss the rest of the campaign.
Moving across to Birmingham City, a player who has been ruled out of this fixture by Chris Davies is Paik-Seung Ho.
Detailed as a 'niggle' by the Blues head coach, the injury is being assessed on a day-by-day basis, but he will likely be out for a few weeks.
Paik's midfield partner, Tomoki Iwata, is also set to be unavailable for the huge clash with Davies stating his availability as 'very unlikely'.
This will be a huge miss for Birmingham if he doesn't make it, and we will see Marc Leonard afforded an opportunity instead.
A player who has sustained multiple injuries this season, Emil Hansson, became available once again in late December but pulled up before half-time against Blackpool.
This has seen him miss the following five games and he will likely be out once again against Wrexham.
Featuring heavily early in the season, this injury will come as another real disappointment for the Swede.
Buchanan has made just four appearances this campaign and picked up a severe injury against Blackpool.
Stretchered off due to this, the defender will miss the rest of the campaign and will be hopeful that once he returns the Blues will have secured Championship football.
Another regular member of Davies' starting XI, Willum Thor Willumson, was ruled out for a few weeks after feeling discomfort after the Lincoln City FA Cup tie.
Speaking about his availability, the Blues head coach admitted that the attacking midfielder, who has racked up 10 League One goal contributions so far since his €4 million move from Go Ahead Eagles in the Netherlands, 'is still a little way away'.
Birmingham are dealing with a lengthy absentee list and will be relying on the depth of their squad as they aim to become the first team to secure a victory at the Racecourse Ground this season.
