In fact, most fans would now be expecting their team to put in such performances, especially as this Blaugrana team is focused much more on attack than on defence.

With the performances they have put in this season, the Catalans are getting a lot of praise from commentators all around the world.

Luis Suarez loves Hansi Flick’s Barcelona

The latest to speak highly of Hansi Flick’s Barcelona team was the former Blaugrana forward, Luis Suarez, who is currently playing in the MLS with Lionel Messi at Inter Miami.

As SPORT has reported, the treble winner with Barcelona expressed his love for the Azulgrana team and highlighted the reasons for this love:

“I love today’s Barcelona… They have an impressive dynamic, style of play, and efficiency.”

Surprised by two players in particular

In addition to his praise for the team in general, the Uruguayan also picked out two particular Blaugrana players for special praise:

“But Pedri… I’m seeing a level of play that surprises me—the incredibly high level he’s reaching; and Yamal is surprising me because of how young he is.”

Meanwhile, he believed other players are also helping the Catalan team a lot:

“They have other players, like Raphinha, who score in crucial moments.”

This praise from Luis Suarez will be particularly welcome for Yamal and Pedri as he has experienced playing at the highest level in European football like few other players, and also knows Barcelona quite well from his time here. Hopefully, these players will continue to amaze the spectators in the coming season as well.
