Brentford take on West Ham United at London Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday 15 February (3pm kick-off GMT).

The match will not be broadcast live in the UK.

If you are heading to London Stadium this weekend, here’s some useful information to know for matchday.

Getting to London Stadium

London Stadium is the 66,000-capacity home of West Ham. Situated in Stratford, there are many options to reach the Hammers’ ground in east London with several train and bus stations a short walk away.

You can find a variety of shops, restaurants and places to meet and drink before the match in nearby Westfield Stratford City.

Travel and transport

Train

The nearest station to the ground is Stratford and is a 20-minute walk from the stadium. For travel from the city centre, Stratford station is served by the Jubilee line, Central line and Elizabeth line, the DLR and the Overground, as well as National Rail services for supporters travelling from outside the city.

The stadium is also a short walk from Stratford International, Pudding Mill Lane and Hackney Wick stations, which are all connected by TfL services.

There is no planned rail strike on matchday. Please use the Transport for London journey planner to check your route before setting off.

Bus

Stratford Bus Station and Stratford City Bus Station are located close to Stratford Station. Buses that run to these stations are numbers: 25, 86, 97, 104, 108, 158, 241, 257, 262, 276, 308, 425, 473 and D8.

Bike

Cyclists can make use of the London Cycle Superhighway, extending from central London (Aldgate) to Stratford City. The closest docking stations to the stadium are at Copper Box Arena, London Aquatics Centre, Monier Road, The Podium and at Stratford Station.

It is not advised to travel by car

Driving to London Stadium is not recommended and instead, supporters are encouraged to use the many public transport options available.

For those driving to the match, London Stadium does not offer public car parking.

The closest car park to the stadium is at Stratford Westfield, but be aware that matchdays will incur road closures that may disrupt your journey.

Ticketing information

All away ticket collections are available at window five of the north stand ticket office, near Turnstile J, open two hours before kick-off.

Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to West Ham by the Brentford box office. Please contact Brentford's box office with any enquiries ahead of matchday.

If you’re collecting your ticket at London Stadium, please remember to bring ID.

Please also observe and respect the family-friendly seating. Anyone who holds a ticket in this area is reminded that they should be seated for the duration of the match.

Accessibility

The London Stadium has 24 wheelchair viewing spaces available to visiting supporters. Accessible toilets can be found close to accessible viewing areas and are fitted with RADAR locks. For assistance in unlocking these toilets, ask the nearest steward, or a disabled support assistant who can be identified by their pink vests.

There are a small number of accessible parking bays available for visiting fans, and West Ham run a shuttle bus service to help fans get to and from the stadium. Contact accessibility@brentfordfc.com and our team can contact West Ham to organise this on your behalf.

Your matchday at London Stadium

Away turnstiles at London Stadium will open 90 minutes before kick-off.

Pubs in the vicinity of London Stadium mainly welcome home supporters. Bees fans who are looking to eat and drink before the match are recommended to do so at Westfield Stratford City. On entering the ground, a number of hot and cold food options are available in the concourse.

There is a multi-faith prayer room at the stadium open to home and away fans. Speak to a member of staff to be escorted to the prayer room.

If you want to report an incident of abuse or anti-social behaviour on matchday, notify the nearest steward or use the SMS reporting service on 07860404069.

After the match, Brentford supporters will be instructed to leave the stadium via the designated walking routes, for the safety of all fans. Walking routes will take you to the nearest public transport hubs or coach park.
