Total Squad Rotation – Inzaghi To Make 10 Changes To Starting XI In Inter Milan Vs Hellas Verona Serie A Clash Ahead Of Barcelona Clash

Simone Inzaghi is plotting “total squad rotation” for Inter Milan against Hellas Verona, with ten changes to the lineup expected.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They anticipate that only Yann Bisseck will remain in the Nerazzurri starting eleven.
Inter Milan will face Hellas Verona in Serie A this evening.
It is certainly an important match in the Nerazzurri’s title defense. They are still within three points of Napoli, and hoping that the league leaders will stumble and allow them to catch up.
Therefore, Inter need three points against the Gialloblu this evening.
However, there is no ignoring the two huge matches on either side of today’s match.
On Wednesday, Inter played out a thrilling 3-3 draw away to Barcelona in the first leg of the Champions League semifinals.
And on Wednesday, the Nerazzurri play the all-important second leg.

And according to the Gazzetta, Inter coach Inzaghi is keeping the Barcelona tie very much in mind.
The Nerazzurri coach is ready to rest basically every player who started in the first leg in Spain. And keep the players he intends to start on Tuesday as fresh as possible.
That means that even in goal, Yann Sommer could get a rest. The Gazzetta report that Josep Martinez will start.
Then in defense, Yann Bisseck will keep his sport. Benjamin Pavard is unavailable due to an ankle injury.
However, Stefan de Vrij and Carlos Augusto will take the places of Francesco Acerbi and Alessandro Bastoni.

Then in midfield, Inzaghi will change the trio.
Kristjan Asllani will start in place of the suspended Hakan Calhanoglu. Then, Nicolo Barella and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will each get a rest, with Davide Frattesi and Piotr Zielinski replacing them.
On the flanks, Federico Dimarco and Denzel Dumfries will drop out of the lineup. Therefore, Nicola Zalewski and Matteo Darmian are set to start.
Lastly, in attack the Gazzetta report that Marko Arnautovic and Joaquin Correa will lead the line.
