Spurs missing their influential skipper and impressive midfielder for huge semi-final first-leg clash against Norwegian champions
Tottenham are without captain Heung-min Son and Lucas Bergvall for tonight’s Europa League semi-final first-leg tie against Bodo/Glimt.
Son is still dealing with a foot injury and in his place Richarlison gets the nod over Mathys Tel despite the youngster’s impressive showing in the quarter-final second leg win over Eintracht Frankfurt.
Meanwhile Yves Bissouma replaces Bergvall in central midfield.
Postecoglou has also faced a decision at full-back, with Pedro Porro, Destiny Udogie and Djed Spence competing for two places.
Spence has gone off the boil in recent weeks, while Udogie was preferred at left-back in both legs of the quarter-final against Eintracht Frankfurt, so the Italian and Porro get the nod.
Elsewhere, Postecoglou's XI is as expected. Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven return to the backline after being rested for the chastening 5-1 defeat to Liverpool, while Rodrigo Bentancur is back in the engine room.
Guglielmo Vicario has been shaky of late but remains Spurs' No1 goalkeeper and a dressing room leader, while Dominic Solanke leads the line.
Radu Dragusin is Spurs' only long-term absentee with a cruciate ligament injury which will keep him out until next season, while Antonin Kinsky, Sergio Reguilon and Timo Werner are all ineligible in Europe.
Tottenham XI: Vicario, Pedro Porro, Romero (c), van de Ven, Udogie; Bissouma, Bentancur, Maddison; Johnson, Solanke, Richarlison.
Substitutes: Austin, Whiteman, Spence, Davies, Danso, Gray, Sarr, Kulusevski, Moore, Odobert, Tel.
