Video: New FIFA Club World Cup trophy revealed for Inter and Juventus

FIFA and the competing teams in the upcoming Club World Cup have shared clips of the design for the inaugural trophy which will be handed out in the summer of 2025 at the end of the 32-team tournament in the United States.

FIFA have revealed that the trophy will be produced by Tiffany & Co and will feature inscriptions from several different languages.

The world championship is due to take place across 12 different venues in the United States in June and July.

The 2025 edition will be the first in an entirely newly-formatted event, which will feature 32 teams in a system similar to the 32-team World Cup played between nations every four years.

Two Italian sides will compete, along with 10 other European clubs, six from South America, four each from Asia, Africa and North America, one from Oceania and another one reserved for a club from the host nation.
