Vinícius Jr. responds to Man United star Antony’s latest goal for Real Betis | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. has on Friday taken to social media, to show his support for fellow countryman Antony.

This comes after the latter added to what has been an impressive start to life in the colours of Real Betis, on Thursday night.

Winger Antony of course linked up with Manuel Pellegrini’s Betis on loan from Premier League giants Manchester United during the winter transfer window.

And, after another underwhelming first half to the season at Old Trafford, the former Ajax standout has since looked a player reborn in Spain.

After securing Man of the Match honours on his debut against Athletic Club, Antony opened his account in the colours of the Verdiblancos last weekend, in a meeting with Celta Vigo.

And the 24-year-old was on target once again yesterday evening, as Betis made short work of Gent in the Europa Conference League.

Post-match, Antony in turn took to social media, to celebrate his side’s victory.
