Large sections of the fanbase at La Liga giants Atlético Madrid have on Tuesday made use of the opportunity to take firm aim at arch rivals Real Madrid.

The latest edition of the Madrid Derby, of course, is now just a matters of hours away.

Shifting focus away from the ongoing La Liga title race, and towards matters on the continent, the two sides are primed to lock horns in the first leg of a Champions League Last-16 tie.

The atmosphere has long been building in the Spanish capital, ahead of kick-off at the Santiago Bernabéu.

And as alluded to above, in the midst of as much, the visiting supporters have already sent a crystal clear message to their Real counterparts.

Whilst marching towards the Bernabéu this evening, Atlético’s fans came together to belt out loud chants of:

“Madridistas are sons of bitches!”
