The evaluation from the Italian Revenue Agency is around €200m, precisely €197m. If no other offers, limited to sports-related activities, arrive by April 30, the Municipality will start private negotiations with the Milanese clubs, aiming for an agreement by the summer.

Milan and Inter hope to reach an agreement before November, when the heritage protection for the stadium’s second tier will take effect.

As reported by Corriere della Sera, Milan and Inter have already been working on a project for their new stadium that complies with urban planning, building volumes, and the principles of urban regeneration.

To reflect the site’s historic significance, a portion of the façade and part of the second-tier stands in the southeast area of the Stadio Meazza will be preserved.

The new stadium’s capacity is expected to be 71,500, with double the number of corporate seats. It will meet the criteria to host a Champions League Final and enhance the stadium’s experience for all visitors.
