Leeds United left it late to end 2024 with a win over Derby County, but when the goal eventually came it was a stunner.

Knowing that three points would put them clear atop the Championship for the second half of the campaign, Daniel Farke's side wasted several good chances to take the lead against the Rams.

With 11 minutes to go though, they produced a slick passing move started and finished by Brenden Aaronson which finally beat the Derby resistance.
