Arda Güler and Endrick are both being connected to RB Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt as possible loan options, according to a report from Sport Bild. It is also being reported that Frankfurt see Güler as an excellent player that could fit with the club, and RB Leipzig sees the pair of talents as “interesting options for the summer”.

The reason for a possible loan to the Bundesliga is because Güler and Endrick have both seen reduced playing time with Real Madrid under Carlo Ancelotti, as the reigning Champions of Europe are focused on having their current stars in the main eleven.

Ancelotti said about their presence on the main squad last December, “They may need extra minutes, but I do not have any conflicts with anyone. I simply aim to put the best players for each match, regardless of if they are 18 or 40. We need to be patient with our young players, they bring enthusiasm, but because they are so young, they need to learn certain things.”

Güler has made 21 appearances with Real Madrid in La Liga this season, and seven in the Champions League, but has seen a total of 81 minutes of time on the field in his last four appearances in the Spanish top flight, and has not played knockout football in the colours of the Merengues, having played just 143 minutes in the group stage.

Endrick has seen knockout football in the Champions League, but only 3 minutes of it, and 100 minutes in Real's campaign in total; he has also seen less time in La Liga than Güler, making 16 appearances in a Real uniform.

It should be mentioned that the Bundesliga has been a successful loan development ground for Real Madrid, as players like Dani Carvajal have been developed by Bundesliga teams and succeeded in Madrid afterward. Real have also scouted heavily from the Bundesliga in the past, as Toni Kroos, Sami Khedira, Antonio Rüdiger, and Jude Bellingham, among others, have been in some of their best teams over the last fifteen years.

Currently, talks between Real and either of Leipzig / Frankfurt have not begun, but there is certainly interest from the two clubs, and it will be interesting to see if this goes into the negotiation phase for an important loan deal.
