The board at La Liga giants Barcelona have drawn up a shortlist of transfer targets, set to be available as free agents next summer.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have on Thursday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.

Whilst Hansi Flick’s troops continue to tend to matters on the pitch, work, it is understood, is already underway with a view to reinforcing Barcelona’s ranks for next season.

Deco and his team are working tirelessly on scouring the market for opportunities, with a particular emphasis on those which will not set the club back considerable transfer fees.

Players set to see their terms with their current clubs expire in 2025 are therefore front and centre on the agenda.

And, as per a report from MD, amid as much, four players have made their way to the top of Barcelona’s shortlist of targets.

The quartet in question come in the form of Bayer Leverkusen stalwart Jonathan Tah, Bayern Munich defender Alphonso Davies, Atlético Madrid’s Reinildo Mandava, and LOSC Lille frontman Jonathan David.

This information also acts as an insight into the areas in which the Blaugrana are keen to strengthen, chiefly in central defence, at left-back, and centre-forward.
