Scouts from Premier League side Chelsea were reportedly in attendance for Bologna’s recent 2-1 victory over Milan to keep an eye on centre-back Sam Beukema, who is also of interest to a number of Europe’s top clubs according to Sunday’s reports.

Beukema lined up as a starter at centre-back alongside Nicolo Casale for Bologna’s 2-1 victory in their rearranged fixture against Milan on Thursday night. The Rossoblu fell behind to a Rafael Leao opener just before half-time, but fought back in the second half through Dan Ndoye and Santiago Castro to claim the three points.
