The Cherries beat Man City for the first time ever when they met in the Premier League earlier this season
The FA Cup represents City’s last chance to salvage something from a frustrating season but they have been handed a tough draw away at the Vitality Stadium.
Bournemouth came out on top when these sides met earlier this season and they are firmly on track for their best ever Premier League season.
The Cherries beat Wolves on penalties to book their place in the quarter-finals, while City survived a scare as they came from behind to eventually see off Plymouth.
Bournemouth vs Man City is scheduled for a 4.30pm GMT kick-off on Sunday, March 30, 2025.
The match will take place at the Vitality Stadium.
TV channel: In the UK, the game will be televised live on ITV1.
Live stream: Fans can watch the match live online via the ITV X app and website.
Live blog: You can follow all the action on matchday via Standard Sport’s live blog.
Andoni Iraola will be forced into a reshuffle in defence, with key duo Dean Huijsen and Milos Kerkez both suspended for the quarter-final clash.
Marcos Senesi will return to the squad, though is not yet ready to play a full 90 minutes, while Julian Araujo is nearing a return from a hamstring injury.
Guardiola has confirmed that Ederson is available again after an abdominal injury but he could have to settle for a place on the bench anyway, with Stefan Ortega often getting the nod in the domestic cups.
John Stones, Nathan Ake and Manuel Akanji are all still injured and Bernardo Silva is a doubt, but Josko Gvardiol is expected to be fit. Phil Foden and Jack Grealish will hope to get chances to impress in attack.

There will be no fear in the Bournemouth camp heading into his match. They have the chance to make history in the final weeks of the season and they are within touching distance of a trip to Wembley.
Iraola’s side will be full of energy and intensity, and City continue to look alarmingly vulnerable when teams take the match to them.
We’re going for Bournemouth to make it back-to-back wins over Guardiola and his players.
