City to travel to Hoffenheim in UEFA Youth League Round of 16 | OneFootball

City’s Under-19s will travel to Hoffenheim for our Round of 16 single-leg tie in the UEFA Youth League.

The draw, including the route to the final, took place on UEFA’s channels on Friday morning.

The match will be played on Tuesday 4 March or Wednesday 5 March, with the date and kick-off time to be confirmed on mancity.com and the Official Man City App in due course.

City won our first knockout stage game since 2017/18, beating FC Midtjylland in a tense penalty shootout, after a 2-2 draw in 90 minutes, to see us advance to the Round of 16.

Now, Ben Wilkinson’s Under-19s will be looking to best German outfit Hoffenheim to reach the quarter-finals for the first time in seven years.

If City are successful against Hoffenheim, we know which side of the draw and who we could face in the next stage, the semi-final and final with the full draw completed on Friday afternoon.
