Done deal – Barcelona starlet to secure €6 million permanent move to Serie A | OneFootball

Even though the summer window is still a few weeks away, things are already happening in the transfer market.

Barcelona, after what has been a successful campaign, are looking to make some key additions to the squad, but the Fair Play situation will have a big say in how they operate.

As such, any cash injection into the club in the coming weeks is a welcome boost, and it appears that they have now secured a decent payout through the imminent departure of one of their academy talents.

Alex Valle to Como – deal done

Indeed, according to Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona youngster Alex Valle is all set to make his loan move to Como a permanent transfer with the deal considered done.

The La Masia left-back had a €6 million buyout clause in his contract with the Blaugrana and Como have decided to pay it to make the youth prospect’s move permanent.

As per the report from Romano, Barça will receive €4 million of the transfer fee this year and the remaining €2 million in 2026.

The defender will sign a four-year contract until 2029 with Cesc Fabregas’ outfit.

Valle left Barcelona on loan last summer, joining Celtic. After he impressed in Scotland during the first half of the campaign, Como signed him on loan until the rest of the season.

Under Fabregas, Valle has grown into a regular for the Serie A outfit and the former Barcelona midfielder sees the La Masia talent as an integral part of the project moving forward.

As such, the deal is now done for Valle to join Como permanently in a €6 million operation, €2 million of which Barcelona will receive next year.
