Fabregas on his future: “Como will continue also without me.”

The 2-0 defeat against Inter put an end to Como’s season, but it also opened a new chapter full of questions and prospects for the future.

Inevitably, at the center of the scene, Cesc Fabregas, drew attention to himself as more questions are being asked about his uncertain future given his prominent links with other European clubs, including Roma.

Speaking at the press conference after the match, the former Barcelona, Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder maintained a humble but determined profile.

“It doesn’t matter if I stay or not. Como will continue without me. What matters is the project, not the individual.”

The Spanish coach then continued: “I will always give my all here to convince everyone that I am the right person for this project.”
