According to Fabrizio Romano, Gianluigi Donnarumma could leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer if a new contract is not agreed with the Ligue 1 champions.  The Italian international goalkeeper’s contract at the Parc des Princes is set to expire at the end of next season, and no new terms have yet been agreed between the respective parties.

Discussions between the former Milan stopper and Les Parisiens are ongoing over a potential contract extension. However, Donnarumma is attracting interest from several countries, Romano understands, with only one year left on his current deal and some impressive performances in the UEFA Champions League.

Repaying the faith

Le Parisien reports that PSG have dropped their interest in Lille goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier in favour of instilling faith in Donnarumma following some impressive displays in recent weeks. Paris will be hoping that this display of faith is enough to convince the 26-year-old to pen new terms with the Ligue 1 club.
