Cristiana Girelli has been named the AIC Player of the Month for February, after her impressive displays on the pitch last month.

She's been on the scoresheet 17 times this season, yet in recent months has been un-matched on the continent: since November, Cristiana is the player who has scored the most goals across the five major European leagues with 14, at least three more than any other.
There have been important goals, and just as often, beautiful goals. Everything has already been said about Cristiana, yet much is still to be written, as her star quality continues to shine through.
