Man Utd match winner Amad vows he is ready to play in any position and to fight for the team after netting a brilliant hat-trick in a win over Southampton.
United went behind through a Manuel Ugarte own goal in the first-half, when Tyler Dibling’s flick-on deflected beyond Andre Onana and into the goal.
He scored the first down the right-hand side, smashing past Aaron Ramsdale, before adding another moments later when he latched onto Christian Eriksen’s through ball to volley into the back of the net.
And he completed his hat-trick before full-time, seizing on a mistake from Taylor Harwood-Bellis and slotting in for an easy finish.
The 22-year-old has now scored six Premier League goals this season and also becomes the first United player to score a hat-trick for Manchester United since Cristiano Ronaldo’s second stint at the club.

“I’m so happy for the win today because this team deserved it,” Amad said.
“I am ready to play every position. I’m ready to play right wing-back, number 10, wherever the manager likes to put me.
“I’m ready to fight for this club. It doesn’t matter where I am. I’m so happy to play where the manager wants me to play.
“I’m so happy to score a hat-trick and the most important thing is the win for the club.”
Ruben Amorim, meanwhile, admitted his side still have a lot of work to do.
“The feeling is that we have so much to do,” he told TNT Sports after the game.
“I felt the team was really tired because of Liverpool, Arsenal for 120 minutes, and then it’s not just tiredness. The physical part of the play and the mental part.
“It was a win, it’s good, let’s continue.
“We didn’t do a very good game but in this moment, winning is the most important thing.”
